Hey guys!

Since my drawing skills aren't that great, I thought improving them would help me a lot when designing logos and t-shirt designs. Problem is, I have no idea where to begin. I'm not sure whether drawing as realistic as possible will help me get further, since I want to be able to draw something clean like this: https://www.youtube....h?v=LvOX9nQgXus. I've searched online but no luck... What would you guys recommend? Just start drawing each day and improve by doing it? Or do you know a good channel that is good at teaching you how to draw? Or do any of you know a good book or online pdf to learn it?

Looking forward to your replies since I really need to learn this and am convinced of being a lot of fun once you start to improve. Thanks a lot!!

there are plenty of videos on how to draw better.

But it pretty much always comes down to practice practice and even more practice :)

Just start drawing what you love and draw everyday. best way to learn.

Remember that practice makes perfect.

PS. The astro chimp she drew, she drew it in adobe illustrator wich smoothes the lines itself so yeah :D)

Yeah same with me :(

I bought a drawing tablet 2 days ago, but to be honest I draw like ****! So I started to draw every day, As Muppie said,

So we just need to practice on these youtube tutorials on how to draw better etc.

You should start drawing everytime you got the change to!

Goodluck!

And the overall problem is that I don't need to learn to draw those realistic portraits, while all the tutorials are about these portraits... Can't seem to find a tutorial that fits my needs...
