I have a screen resolution of 1920x1080 and I need a recommendation on which graphics tablet I should buy. Will this one be good enough? http://www.amazon.co...customerReviews I need to be able to paint in A4 size without much hassle.

You can always zoom in...

 

The active area of the tablet works in porpotion to your screen, meaning no matter what's you screen resolution the center of the tablet will always be the center of the screen and the corners of the tablet the corner of the screen.
