My initial impressions after around 5 hours of play time are as follows:

Cons:

The netcode is the same as pre CTE BF4 (10hz tickrate)

The hit detection is ****, and there is way too much lag

It's essentially a reskin of BF4 with new maps and gamemodes. Honestly it should be DLC, and isn't worth $60.

I hate the service star system to get attachments

I hate the second chance gadget. It should just be removed.

Pros:

It's fun (duh) and I'm enjoying the new gamemodes.

Dragscoping <3 (Remmington R700 OP)

I like the money system to get weapons and gadgets

Overall feedback:

DO NOT PRE-ORDER, DO NOT BUY ON RELEASE, GO STRAIGHT TO JAIL

It's really not worth it. Just get it when it goes on sale for $20 or cheaper. It's fun, but I'm not paying $60 for BF4 DLC. Go **** yourself EA.

Pros:

-Dont have to spend hours and hours to unlock a certain weapon. Just buy it with the in game cash you earn which is great.

-Tagging is fun, like old the half life days.

- Game modes are really enjoyable, different to most other FPS.

Cons:

-Just a reskinned BF4 (Sucky hitboxes and netcode).

-Disgustingly expensive for lack of content.

-Quite small scale battles.

-Second chance injection is like a self revive and will cause many fails.

Pretty much the same opinion and experience as Fireclawx, but thought I'd reiterate how appauling the price for content is.
